Separate strategy documents, narrative drafts, brand guidance and reference presentations were consolidated into a coherent investor presentation for the Botswana Stock Exchange.

The challenge

The information existed—but not as one presentation.

The project began with six separate sources serving different purposes: an economic transformation roadmap, a draft narrative, brand guidelines, existing country presentations, international benchmark material and corporate reference information.

The communication challenge was to determine what belonged in the final presentation, create a logical investment narrative and make complex economic material easier for senior audiences to scan.
